Raymond joined as a salon owner three years into his own business, looking for clearer direction and a space to talk openly about the business decisions behind great salon work. What began as honest conversations between two hairdressers became a shared mission — helping salon owners feel more confident, more informed, and more supported in running a purposeful salon.
