MySalonManager Director Wins 'Outstanding Contribution' to the hairdressing industry.

Raymond Bottone, co-director of MySalonManager, is celebrating today after winning 'Outstanding Contribution' to the hairdressing industry at the prestigious Salon Awards. Raymond wowed a panel of high-profile award-winning judges, including Errol Douglas MBE, after sharing the portfolio of his contributions to the industry since he started his career in hairdressing at the age of 16.

The awards began in April, and Raymond had to submit evidence of his contributions to the industry, including running a salon business for over 13 years, doing charity work and helping people develop in the hairdressing industry with Wella Professional. If that wasn't enough, he also nurtures the growth of 130 salon groups (and counting) as co-director of MySalonManager with Simon Harris, a former award-winning salon owner and leading salon business expert.

The Grand Final show, held at the Leonardo Royal Hotel at St Pauls, London, was a thrilling and inspirational evening attended by some of the industry's most illustrious names.

"I'm still in shock; there are some amazing people in our industry driving positive change and supporting others through what has been one of the most challenging times. I am beyond grateful to be recognised for the contribution I have made to my industry, but even more so grateful for the people that surround me; they made this possible."

Said Raymond, referring to challenges posed by the pandemic.

As a winner, Raymond can expect even busier times ahead as he continues to grow his salon team and help salons in the UK and Ireland grow through these challenging times.--

Raymond would like to thank all of our members and those we work with, notably Simon, for guidance and support since Raymond started as a member six years ago. He couldn't have done it without you all!
